Sniper Elite 5: Maps

The team had specific goals in mind when creating the maps for 'Sniper Elite 5':
- To procedurally generate the maps and reduce artist time, needing only a few touches to be finalised assets.
- To create maps with greater terrain fidelity than previous 'Sniper Elite' titles.

The "aerial photography" of the time was both a reference and an inspiration to create the map treatment, which was later taken by a material artist to proceed with the map generation in Substance Designer for their final treatment and implementation.
